This is a working draft. It describes what the site is built to do rather than a reviewed legal position, and it must be replaced before the site goes live.
What we collect
If you send a message through the form on the List your firm page, we receive your email address, your website if you give it, and your message. Beyond that, nothing until you make a choice about analytics. There is no cross-site tracking.
Fonts
Typefaces are self-hosted rather than loaded from the Google Fonts CDN.
Analytics
If enabled, analytics load only after an affirmative choice, and declining carries the same visual weight as accepting. No measurement ID is currently configured, so nothing loads at all.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you can ask what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, and complain to the Information Commissioner's Office. Contact details go here before launch.
