Is it cheaper to buy the kitchen myself and pay for fitting?
Often yes on paper, but you take on the risk. If a unit arrives damaged or a measurement is wrong, a supply-and-fit firm absorbs it. On a fit-only job that is your problem, and your fitter is standing idle while you sort it.
